Synopsis

This course focuses on estimating and measurement in depth including other cost management topics such as cost planning and controlling. Additionally, it will cover the measurement process for quantities using standard methods of measurement (both building and civil) including the pricing of quantities. Furthermore, the course will introduce the use of standard computer programs available for this purpose.
