This course will support students undertaking postgraduate studies in Education to develop an in-depth and contextualised understanding of the nature of adults' informal learning that will enhance their practice as adult educators and learning and development professionals. Through participation in dialogue with their peers in the online learning community, engagement in structured processes of critical incident analysis and reflection and the conduct and reporting of informal case study research, students will build knowledge, skills and understandings of the nature of, and environments conducive to, agentic, meaningful and purposeful informal learning.
