Synopsis

Electrical engineering is about the use of electrical and electronic technology to achieve most of our daily needs. To understand how electricity is used to achieve these needs, Electrical Technology aims to develop a working knowledge of electrical components, machines and power supply systems. In particular, an understanding of fundamental electrical principles and the analysis of DC and AC circuits, transformers, motors, generators and power supply systems are focused on in this course.
