Pre-requisite: ENG3300 and students must be enrolled in the BENS engineering practice sub-plan pathway.
For a Bachelor or Engineering Science (BENS) student to continue this course in the engineering practice program pathway requires advice from the ENG3300 Industry Experience Evaluation Portfolio assessment.
An outcome of ENG3300 Self-Assessment Workplace Portfolio is the nomination of up to four Bachelor of Engineering Science courses for which credit is sought based on prior work experience. Credit for two of those courses is granted on successful completion of this course, which includes a work-integrated learning (WIL) report. It is required that the report is planned and produced so that it demonstrates achievement of all the learning objectives of those two nominated courses. Credit for any other courses nominated in ENG3300 is granted on successful completion of the companion course ENG3312 Technologist Work-Integrated Learning B.
