Synopsis

This course is delivered as a series of practical workshops led by industry professionals, allowing students to acquire career relevant skills in their chosen major. Topics addressed include hands-on vineyard management, wine production techniques, and business management skills.

This course comprises a number of small residential schools throughout the year held at Queensland College of Wine Tourism, Stanthorpe Queensland.

This course contains a mandatory residential school.
