Leaders in all organisations face challenges, whether from external forces such as political, social and market forces or from internal factors such as workforce composition, competing projects or company restructures. One challenge, Impostor Syndrome, is even more internal because it comes from within the leader’s mindset.

In this course, students will learn more about Imposter Syndrome, use this knowledge to explore their personal leadership mindset and behaviours, and plan strategies to redress imposter tendencies.

Please be advised that this minicourse is made up of four parts please see MGT8038 for the full course specification.
