The ICT Service Desk provides support and assistance to you for USQ Systems in the following areas:
- Logging into USQ Systems (from home and on-campus)
- Usernames and passwords
- Computer lab hardware and software issues
If you are an external student, and require additional support, we are able to assist you via remote access.
Please note: This service does not include assistance with diagnosis of student or staff personal computers or mobile devices related problems or non USQ systems related problems.
