Pulling from his past experiences, Rob delivers some of the key team aspects of a successful team from a leaders perspective.

Billy Moore
Billy Moore has played 3 caps for Australia, including as part of the 1995 Rugby League World Cup winning side, 17 caps for Queensland in State of Origin and 212 games for North Sydney Bears in the NRL. He became part of State of Origin folklore when he was caught on camera yelling ‘Queenslander! Queenslander!’ to motivate an underdog Maroons team in Game 1 in 1995, and the catchphrase has become Queenslanders ‘Call to Arms’.
