There are a number of exciting changes coming soon, to help you navigate your studies.
Bear Print is changing to Papercut Print during the September mid-semester break. The new system will be more reliable and easier to use with added new features including email to print and scan to email.
You'll be able to reset your own PIN the first time you use Papercut Print.
We’ll have all the information you need to know about using Papercut Print available on 25 September.
Hello to your Student Centre in your pocket! Just like most other USQ systems, you'll be able to access your Student Centre on any smartphone or device, with its intuitive responsive design.
Key features will include:
- Timetable Planner
- messages and alerts
- easier enrolment
- access support direct from your Student Centre
- an easy to use interface on your mobile device or PC.
Plus there’ll be more behind the scenes techy stuff, to make it easier for your SRO to support you.
Access your USQ official documents securely, anywhere, anytime through My eQuals from mid-September 2017.
USQ will soon be offering digital academic documents and qualifications making it easier for our students. You will be able to choose who to share your digital documents with, whether a future employer, other institution or third party.
Being able to access your USQ official digital documents through My eQuals makes it: easier, faster, secure, portable and better value.

USQ Handbook now has a fresh new look! We’ve made some changes to the Handbook homepage so it looks more like the USQ website you’re familiar with, making it easier for you to find your way around. Go check it out!
UConnect is your gateway to all things USQ. We get that. So we've brought everything you need together in the one spot, with a sleek new look.
As part of the UConnect changes, we’re excited to launch a UConnect beta tab. This is where we’ll test and trial new features and ways of bringing you information. You’ll still see your normal UConnect features, but you can go to the Beta tab to explore and provide feedback on your experience, so we can continue to improve your new UConnect over the coming months. Some key features to look forward to include:
- personalised messages about your fees
- upcoming assessment key dates
- trending FAQs
- create your own To Do lists
- events and activities happening on a campus near you
- reminders about important dates
- library notifications; and more.
