USQ is proud to host world-leading astronomers, Dr Jessie Christiansen (NASA Exoplanet Science Institute – California Institute of Technology) and Dr Duane Hamacher (Indigenous Studies Centre - Monash University) at Springfield and Toowoomba campuses. Dr Jessie Christiansen will take you on a journey beyond the Solar system in pursuit of exoplanets, while Dr Duane Hamacher will talk about his research into Indigenous Australian astronomical and geological traditions and knowledge. Associate Professor Annette Lee will then wow audiences at the Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium.
