'Did you know?' community talk - Prepare to save your life!

Take the opportunity to explore the Clive Berghofer RACQ LifeFlight Centre at the 'Did you know?' community talk for October
When
21 OCT 2021
5.30 PM - 7.00 PM
Where
Clive Berghofer RACQ LifeFlight Centre, Toowoomba City Aerodrome, 180 McDougall Street, Wilsonton

In preparation for storm and bushfire seasons, we clean the gutters and tidy the yard, but the most important thing to prepare is our mind.

The stress that occurs during a disaster can turn your brain to mush, making it nearly impossible to make good, rational and life-saving decisions.

In this rare opportunity to explore the Clive Berghofer RACQ LifeFlight Centre you will also hear some life-saving tips from Dr Barbara Ryan, Senior Lecturer (Public Relations) and Disaster and Emergency communications expert.

Barbara will explore the effects of stress on your decision-making abilities, what that means during an emergency and the steps to take to be prepared.

If attending in person, please register for Prepare to save your life! to assist with catering and COVID-19 compliance.

You do not need to register to attend by Zoom.
