You have done the work to prepare your body for the Ipswich 100, but preparing your mind is just as important. Psychology lecturer Steven Christensen will help you win the mind games to perform at your best in the Ipswich 100.
About the presenter
Steven Christensen is a registered psychologist, registered teacher, and member of Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the APS College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists. He has been a faculty member in the School of Psychology and Counselling at the University of Southern Queensland since 1995. His research focuses on examining counselling consultations to strengthen practitioner training, supervision and effectiveness. His sport psychology consulting work is focused on helping talented, young athletes (and their coaches and families) realise their athletic dreams and human potential.
