The Gardens cover approximately 2.2 hectares on the University of Southern Queensland's Toowoomba Campus.

Join us near the Firepit in the Gumbi Gumbi Gardens for a culinary experience and tastings by Jason Davidson.
Jason has travelled the world as a chef for well over 30 years. Jason identifies as a Ngarrindjeri/Gunditjmara man. He is the founder and owner of Figjam & Co, a catering business that is Supply Nation Certified.
His understanding off many cultures and foods from around the world, combined with Bush Tukka ingredients, creates foods that are based around classic recipes and ancient flavours.
