HR policy, procedures and delegations

Human Resources Policies, Procedures and Delegations have been developed to guide the actions and govern the rights of employees at the University of Southern Queensland.

Human Resources Delegations

There are a range of human resources activities at the University which require approval by the appropriate delegate prior to actioning and implementation.

Human Resources has developed a matrix which establishes five formal levels of HR Delegation.

Human Resources Policies and Procedures

The policies and procedures reflect the University of Southern Queensland Enterprise Agreement 2018 - 2021 which provides the employee relations framework for the management of human resources. These policies and procedures are for use within the University and the information is believed to be reliable and current at the time of publication.  

Policies

HR Policies provide the broad overarching principles and framework for the more detailed Procedures.  The HR Policies may be accessed via the USQ Policy Library.
