Monday

Non-school leaver university students: You’re kind of a big deal.

Tuesday

“I’m feeling very Olympic today.”

• We were living our Cool Runnings dreams when Dean (Graduate Research School) and Sport Psychologist Professor Peter Terry was interviewed on ABC Southern Queensland about the Winter Olympics and athletes performance and mental health (Oh! And his time with the British Bobleighing team).

 

Turns out you need a dark sky when trying to find stars.

• No seriously, our Space team spoke to Wired about the effects of satellite swarms.

Wednesday

Sorry, we don’t our regular mid-week space fix for you. Hopefully a mid-week digital space fix will suffice.

• Associate Professor Andrew Maxwell shared tips on staying safe online to mark Safer Internet Day (and the video is sure to give you goosebumps!).

Thursday

Wondering what’s on the horizon?

• Vice-Chancellor Professor Geraldine Mackenzie spoke to ABC Southern Queensland about the return of international students and the (exciting) year ahead.
