Francis Gacenga is the Manager (eResearch) at the University of Southern Queensland. He completed his PhD at University of Southern Queensland. He is an IT Service Manager with over 20 years professional and teaching experience in Information Technology. He has worked in IT services leadership, management, development, support and training. Rachel King is Director of the USQ Statistical Consulting Unit and Leader of the Mathematics and Statistics Discipline in the School of Sciences. She completed her PhD at Griffith University and has over 20 years’ experience in statistics education and 15 years’ experience providing statistical consulting support and training for researchers and industry.
