• Nouns cases:

            Subjective: The Vice-Chancellor has a book.             
            Possessive: The Vice-Chancellor’s book.

• Pronouns cases:

            Objective: I went to the library. 
            Subjective: The librarian showed me the catalogue. 
            Possessive: I used my library card.
