The Applied Linguistics and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) specialisations at USQ are designed to provide you with skills and knowledge in cross-cultural interaction, language learning needs and English language teaching methodology.
Applied Linguistics & TESOL studies are also a useful complement for a range of professions such as speech therapy and pathology, allied health, psychology or training in a variety of settings that requires skills in communication management and cross-cultural interaction.
