Go on to further study
The Graduate Diploma of Business can also be a stepping stone if you then wish to further your study in a degree such as our Master of Business Administration, Master of Business and Innovation or Master of Project Management.
The Graduate Diploma of Business (Project Management Specialisation) is delivered by USQ as a Global Registered Education Provider with the US-based Project Management Institute (PMI).
Students in the Graduate Diploma of Business have the option to complete:
Option 1 - Named Specialisation and General Specialisation
Students may choose the Business Administration specialisation, or a four-unit named specialisation from the Master of Business Administration, Master of Project Management or Master of Business and Innovation.
General specialisation courses will be from the Master of Business Administration, Master of Project Management or Master of Business and Innovation, Master of Professional Accounting or Master or Information Systems or from other USQ postgraduate programs as approved by the Program Coordinator.
Option 2 - Two Named Specialisations
Students may choose the Business Administration specialisation plus one four-unit named specialisation from the Master of Business Administration, Master of Project Management or Master of Business and Innovation; or choose two four-unit named specialisations from the Master of Business Administration, Master of Project Management or Master of Business and Innovation.

You may be able to apply for scholarships to help with your study costs.
Australian university Bachelor degree in the area of business, or equivalent.
English Language Requirements
You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements. This program requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a University-approved English language program.

Note: Semester 3 intake is only available via distance education.
USQ accepts applications all year. Semester start dates are:
- Semester 1, 2018 - Monday 26 February 2018.
- Semester 2, 2018 - Monday 16 July 2018.
- Semester 3, 2018 - Monday 19 November 2018.
