Extend your early childhood expertise
USQ’s Graduate Diploma of Education (Early Childhood) is ideal if you work with young children and their families and want to extend your early childhood expertise, knowledge and skills.
Through this eight unit-degree, you will explore international, national and local issues relating to the education of young children and develop the ability to critically analyse your understandings of contemporary learning and teaching. You will also have the opportunity to study other postgraduate education courses that interest you.
Flexible study
After you complete the Graduate Diploma of Education, you will have the option to take the credit from your studies and go on to complete the Master of Education.
If you're not quite ready to undertake a Graduate Diploma or don't meet the entry requirements, you may like to start with USQ's Graduate Certificate of Education, before going on to study the Graduate Diploma.

You may not have to pay your course (subject) fees upfront. HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP allows you to defer your fees until your income reaches a certain level.

English Language Requirements
You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements. This program requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a University-approved English language program.
