Extend your education management skills
USQ’s Graduate Diploma of Education (Leading and Managing Educational Organisations) is ideal for existing and aspiring leaders who work in schools and universities, as well as government, community and corporate settings which have an educational focus such as social work and organisational development and training.
Through this eight unit-degree, you will explore leadership issues in an educational context and the ability to develop an innovative and transformational team.
Flexible study
After you complete the Graduate Diploma of Education, you will have the option to take the credit from your studies and go on to complete the Master of Education.
If you're not quite ready to undertake a Graduate Diploma or don't meet the entry requirements, you may like to start with USQ's Graduate Certificate of Education, before going on to study the Graduate Diploma.

English Language Requirements
You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements. This program requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a University-approved English language program.
