Short programs

In 2021, the Australian Government is providing funding for short courses (programs) to increase access to higher education. These short programs provide the opportunity for Australians to upskill in a number of national priority areas.

Why study a short program?

At USQ, our short programs will give you skills to advance in your current role, or help you transition into a new career, and our short programs are stepping-stones to further USQ qualifications.

All USQ short programs can be completed online, giving you the flexibility to learn from wherever you are.

USQ offers a suite of undergraduate and graduate certificate programs across a range of disciplines, each consisting of four (1 unit) courses or subjects. When you have completed all four courses, you will receive a USQ qualification, setting you on a path to employment, career change or advancement, or further study.

The courses you complete in your short program will count towards other USQ qualifications reducing the time and cost of your next degree.

How much will I pay?
