Tech-savvy Napoleon knew his passion for the law had to be pursued. Whilst on a working holiday in Australia he decided to recommence his studies and gain a flexible, sought-after Australian law degree through USQ's Bachelor of Laws.
He began studying on-campus at USQ Springfield and due to his residential location, now studies online. Through a panel position with the Queensland International Student Advisory Panel in 2019, he has gained excellent experience advocating for improved opportunities for international students.
'Being an online student means you have to find opportunities to expand your skills and experience. I was fortunate to be selected as part of the Queensland International Student Advisory Panel for 2019 and look at strategies for international students to find accommodation, meaningful work experience and networking opportunities.'
Napoleon is a strong advocate for self-motivation and has embraced the opportunities that being a USQ student has provided him. He has one year of his Bachelor of Laws remaining.
