School-based Student Societies

Connect, collaborate, enrich your academic experience, and become part of a thriving community.

Who Are We?

School-based Student Societies (SbSS) provide a sense of community and support for students. Each SbSS aims to enhance the academic experience by fostering a sense of belonging and well-being and can help you feel more at ease and even encouraged on your learning journey.

What We Do?

We act as your point of contact for the school community, encouraging communication between the school, university, and students. We collaborate with staff to enhance your learning journey, develop and implement solutions, and plan for the future. We also foster a sense of belonging and well-being by helping you to connect with others who share your interests and academic goals, as well as organising student-led activities.

How Can You Get Involved?

Joining your society is simple. Follow the steps under the ‘How to join’ section to connect, collaborate, enrich your academic experience, and become a part of a thriving community.
